A small extension to a semi-detached two storey dwelling, to meet the changing needs of the client. The project improves functionality of the ground floor by creating an enlarged open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with ground floor wc. The proposed design is in keeping with the materiality of the existing property, extending the existing cat-slide roof to infill to the rear and form the desired space.
