We are an RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Sussex, working primarily within the Residential and Conservation field on Historic buildings and within Conservation Areas, also including Commercial and Community sectors.

Chelsey Bravery and Jasmine Davey have been working together for seven years at a Conservation specialist architectural practice, and formed Carter Davey Architects in 2022 to focus on residential projects.

We enjoy the intimacy of working with private clients forming relationships which allow us to achieve the home of their dreams.

We currently specialise in working on small and medium sized domestic projects, including extensions and alterations to existing properties including historic buildings, and small new build projects.

Our design style is responsive to the individual needs and brief set by our client and seeks inspiration from the setting and existing buildings to sit as a complimentary addition.
